What if My Product Arrives Damaged?

We strongly recommend inspecting your shipment as soon as it arrives. If you notice any signs of damage—even to the packaging—please make a note of it when signing for delivery.

If you’re unable to open the box right away but suspect there might be damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

Should your item arrive damaged, simply send clear photos of the product and packaging to support@freshedgeindustrial.com. Our team will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, typically processed within one business day.
